1-Year or 6-Month Guarantee Coverage:

• All repairs are covered by a 1-Year Guarantee unless due to age or cost considerations we have to use a reconditioned part for your repair. If this is the case we will inform you of this and issue with a 6-Month Guarantee.
• We ensure that all repairs performed by our professional technicians will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a full year from the date of service.
• If any covered repair issues arise during the warranty period, we promise to address them at no additional cost to you. Simply contact us, and our team will take swift action to resolve your concerns.

Exclusions: While we strive to offer comprehensive coverage, there are certain situations that may fall outside the scope of our warranty:

• Damage due to accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications will not be covered under the guarantee.
• Our warranty does not cover software issues, data recovery, or loss of data. We highly advise backing up your files regularly to prevent potential data loss.
• Issues arising from external devices or accessories not servicing the machine as intended are also exempt from coverage.
• Any repair performed by a third-party not authorized by ChilternMac voids this warranty.
• Batteries in our Refurbished Computer sales are not covered, unless expressly stated on your Invoice/Receipt.
